If you need pickup at a particular time, call (828) 557-7523 before ordering to confirm arrangements. Adding a request to order notes does not guarantee a collection time.
School delivery serves participating Towns County schools on Mondays and Fridays and participating Hayesville schools on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery is approximately 10–11 a.m. Orders for same-day school delivery must be placed before 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
School closures, holidays, weather, and other circumstances may affect availability or timing. Follow the available delivery options shown during ordering. If a delivery cannot be completed as arranged, contact the shop for help.
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded at the customer's request once placed. Please check your selections carefully before paying.
If you receive an incorrect order, notice a duplicate charge, or do not receive your order, call (828) 557-7523 so we can review the issue. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
